WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY?
Our products bags are almost always made to order and will be ready for shipping within 4 - 7 Working days. Should for some reason the materials needed to make your bag become unavailable you will be notified and given a new window of delivery.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Payfast, an easy, secure method of online payment. You do not need a Payfast account for this transaction.
Choose the payment option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Enter your email address and scroll down to the pay with a credit or debit card option.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) to our address within two weeks of receipt with tracking code sent to us after shipment for a full refund via Payfast. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org telling us why you aren't satisfied and we'll provide you with the necessary return details and address. We love feedback, so please let us know if there is anything we could be doing better with our product or service. Thank you!

- Estimated shipping time is 2 - 4 working days for all shipments in South Africa using our secured courier services.
- Estimated shipping time is 4 – 7 working days for all shipments in South Africa using the South African Postal office.

UNFORESEEN SHIPPING ISSUES AND CUSTOM CHARGES
From the time your package leaves us until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with the local post office or courier service used in your country. Some countries might be subject to customs and taxes upon delivery. After the package is marked as delivered, packages become the customer's responsibility. We cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery. Missing packages claims must be filed by the customer. In the rare case of missing parcels, please contact us via our contact page form.
