All large packages (Backpacks, messenger bags, Laptop bags & Totes bags, hobo bags) are sent via the South African Post Office for R 50

All small packages (Clutch bags, wallets, wristlets) are sent via the South African Post Office for R 30

Orders are made to order and will be posted within 7 days of receipt of payment (excluding orders placed during the weekend or public holidays) and delivery time is four to five days.

We will email you the tracking number of your parcel as soon as it has been posted.

We are not liable once package has been dispatched and the buyer has been sent a tracking code.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Sent via registered airmail. 3- 15 business days delivery time (Includes tracking number)

We will email you the shipping details as soon as your parcel has been dispatched which you will be able to track at your local post office. Please note that you will be responsible for any duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us. If it is still in the condition we sent it to you we will refund you on your purchase including initial shipping costs. However, you will have to cove the return shipping costs.

Before returning, please may you kindly contact us for the returning address, we can’t refund you if the parcel is lost or sent to the wrong address
